What are you going to do?

As a Business Analyst at our client, you will work on complex IT issues within (medium) large organizations. You will play a key role in improving information provision and the connection between business and IT. You will contribute to continuous business innovation and support the organization in realizing its vision and goals. You will do this through thorough analyses, facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders.


Your responsibilities:

  • Gaining insight into the current and desired situation of business processes

  • Facilitating workshops to clarify strategy and objectives

  • Performing problem and consequence analyses

  • Advising and convincing stakeholders

  • Drafting advisory documents and business cases in preparation for decision-making

  • Ensuring effective stakeholder management and guiding change processes

Vereisten

  • A completed higher professional or university education

  • IIBA or BCS certifications preferred

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a business analyst

  • Strong analytical skills and IT expertise

  • Experience with business process modeling (BPMN)

  • Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies

  • Excellent advisory and persuasive skills
